ORDERS AND SHIPMENTS

To place an order on shop.agint.com it is necessary to register with your data (or company data) and if you have already registered, simply log in with your credentials.

Once inside the site, prices will be visible. To place the order, simply click on the product of your interest and place it in the cart. You can continue with the purchases or finish by checking out the cart page. You will see the discount reserved for you and you can proceed with the payment.

All products on the site are shipped from the Agint Equipment warehouse located in Via Privata Alzaia Trieste 3 in Cesano Boscone (Milan).

The availabilities on the site are synchronized with our management, so it is always possible to understand the availability of the products. However, the accuracy is not guaranteed ALWAYS, as we also receive orders by phone or e-mail and therefore availability may vary from minute to minute without synchronization taking place at the time of your order. It could therefore happen that in reality the product is not ready in stock despite the order; in that case we will order it immediately to our supplier, and in maximum 4-7 days you will receive the ordered goods.

Each registered customer has a discount reserved for him. Whether this is a historic customer or a new customer. It is possible to view the discount reserved for you after accessing the site or registering, by entering the required fields (NAME, SURNAME, VAT number, etc.).

From Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5.30pm. On Saturday and Sunday at the moment, our e-commerce will not be active.

They depend on the weight of the goods ordered. However we have agreements with some couriers, the price could be fixed or advantageous for our customers anyway.

All our customers will have a discount reserved for them, both historical ones and new ones, once the registration has been made. The "historic" customers already present in our management have the discount they already know. However, it may happen that on the shop.agint.com the same discount percentage is not shown; in that case just call our number 02 - 49451414 or send an email to info@agint.com to report the correct discount. We will update the customer discount in our registry.

If the product is available from stock (see point 3) from 1 to 3 days. Otherwise from 4 to 7 days. With payment by bank transfer you will have to wait for the receipt of the transfer.

You must write to info@agint.com within 24 hours and report the error or you can call us on 02 49451414 and we will immediately provide.

For most of the goods you can request cancellation without any problem. It could happen however that for some quantities or types of products it is not possible to request cancellation due to the scarce supply.

Upon confirmation of the order the customer will receive an email with the timing of receipt of the goods. Usually we do not depart from those timing. However, in case of delay or problems due to third parties, we will certainly inform you.

PAYMENT AND BILLING

It is possible to pay by credit card or bank transfer

Once the goods have been placed in the cart, and the payment method (ie bank transfer) has been chosen, all the information needed to make the transfer will be sent directly to the check-out phase.

You will receive an accompanying invoice together with your order.
